Call logs

We seek your consent for Hcwallet to gain call log permission, so as to collect your call logs and social and financial description for credit evaluation and pre-approved loan offers. After encryption, the data will be uploaded to our server (https://api.hcwallet.net) for Know Your Customer (KYC) check to help prevent fraud.

App installation list

We need your permission for the app installation list and we will upload the encrypted information to our server (https://api.hcwallet.net). This permission is for the identification and analysis of app actions and the prevention of loan or fraud risks.

Telephone

We will use your phone's code (IMEI) because with it we can make sure that others cannot use another phone to impersonate you for fraud. We automatically obtain the status of the user's phone to complete the login page, since our system stores the data of applicants who were approved for a loan. The data will be encrypted and uploaded to our server (https://api.hcwallet.net), so that we can identify and analyze it, there by determining its ability for loan processing and ultimately preventing fraud.

Contacts

We collect all your phone book contacts, including contact names, phone numbers, and dates they were added, to improve your credit profile and allow you to quickly screen references during loan applications. Under no circumstances will we save or share your contact information, nor will we share it with any third party. We will upload contact data to Hcwallet server (https://api.hcwallet.net) and your data will be protected and kept confidential.

Calendar

We collect your calendar memo data, including date, title, content, advance prompt time, start time, and end time, to improve your credit evaluation. Under no circumstances will we share the data with any third party. We will upload the data to the server (https://api.hcwallet.net)

Location

We collect and monitor information about your device's location in order to facilitate your requests and provide personalized offers. The location data will be uploaded to the server (https://api.hcwallet.net).

Camera and photos

The permission to take photos for identity verification is required to prevent fraudulent activities. The photos we collected will be uploaded to the server (https://api.hcwallet.net).

Storage

This permission allows you to upload documents and images for loan applications.

Google Advertising ID

Google Advertising ID is an unknown identifier that is provided by Google to show more targeted ads on mobile devices. We will only collect and use it with the explicit authorization and consent of the user. Besides, it is not associated with the user's personal information. We promise to protect your privacy and security of data.

Personal Data Collected
Personal data (“Personal Data”) that you provide to us by any means , through public access or through any other lawful source (“Personal Data”) at any time, are subject to laws and regulations benefits that may help you in this regard may include:

The personal data described is collected directly through our computer applications and through electronic means or other technologies (“electronic means”).

As part of the client registration process and/or existing or past legal relationships, Hcwallet may request and/or retain copies of documents that contain or relate to personal data, which will also be protected by security measures. The credit service relies on a wider range of service providers and we do not exclude that some of your information may be transferred to third parties for processing and calculation. Data transmission will be encrypted and protected in accordance with the requirements of this agreement to ensure that no data leakage or loss occurs during transmission.

Your data may be transmitted to third parties, including through interface transmission, SDK transmission, etc. The content we share will strictly comply with the relevant data security requirements in Nigeria. Hcwallet will enter into a data confidentiality agreement with the corresponding third party to keep your data safe.

Purpose of Collection of Personally Identifiable Information
Hcwallet uses your personal data for the following original purposes and purposes necessary to provide the service:
(1) In order to inquire about the basic information of the user borrowing money from the applicant, we need to collect the applicant's or user's mobile phone number, citizen number, address, educational background and other basic information;
(2) In order to review the user's employment information to lend funds to the applicant, we must collect employment information such as the applicant's or user's occupation, industry, income, company name, company size, etc.;
(3) In order to prevent the applicant, that is, the user himself from being unable to communicate , it is necessary to communicate with the user through the emergency contact , and we must collect relevant emergency contact information;
(4) In order to review the user's identity information to get loans , we must collect the front and back images of the applicant's or user's ID card, proof of work and other information;
(5) In order to facilitate the approval of the user's loan application and the release of the loan amount, we need to collect the applicant's or user's receiving account information;
(6) The management, control, administration and processing of credit applications and, where appropriate, the granting of credit applications.
(7) To control, manage, execute and perform credit contracts with customers according to corresponding requirements. To administer, control and administer administrative fees (through any contact details provided in the application), extrajudicial fees and services provided by Hcwallet (where applicable).
(8) To investigate changes made to customer transaction data.
(9) To fulfill business or financial obligations;
(10) To serve for customer inquiries, questions, clarifications or claims;

Owners may restrict the use or disclosure of their personal data by using the means enabled by Hcwallet for such purposes, including (i) objecting to the processing of their personal data for secondary or non-essential purposes in accordance with Section 3 of this Privacy Statement (ii) not accepting the processing of your personal data without giving your express consent to this Privacy Statement; and (iii) exercising ARCO rights in accordance with this Privacy Statement, laws and regulations. In this sense, it is important that once the holder has exercised any of the above rights, Hcwallet will, where appropriate, act accordingly to deal with his request.
